step-feeder-storage
- Der step-feeder dient dem Fördern und Vorsortieren von als Schüttgut vorliegenden Teilen
- Die Teile werden durch gegenläufige Platten vom Bunker auf die gewünschte Förderhöhe gebracht, zur Übergabe an den nachfolgenden Fertigungsschritt
- Insbesondere für lange rotationssymmetrische Teile wie Wellen oder Schrauben geeignet
- Stufenbreite und -tiefe sowie Förderhöhe können für die jeweilige Anwendung skaliert werden
- Die Bunkergröße kann ebenfalls an Werkstückgröße und Menge angepasst werden
- Je nach benötigter Förderfrequenz bzw. Taktzeit stehen verschiedene Getriebestufen zur Verfügung
- Geringe Geräuschentwicklung und schwingungsfreier Betrieb
- Niedrige Einfüllhöhe ermöglicht eine Handbefüllung
- Schonende Förderung
